The 30th Congress of the International Society for Forensic Genetics (ISFG) took place in Santiago de Compostela, Spain, in the Auditorio de Galicia. Attendees enjoyed 15 pre-congress workshops, 59 oral presentations, and 438 poster presentations. We are grateful to all of our presenters who brought such excellent scientific content. ISFG 2024 had 968 registered participants from 63 countries with the top five countries consisting of USA (99 participants), China (86), Spain (80), Germany (77), and Italy (60). This document represents the revised version of the original document (published in May, 2025), following the identification of formatting errors that occurred during the editing process. Specifically, the errors detected included the incorrect use of “ml” instead of “μl” and a few issues with the reference indexing or the reduction in image quality. Errors and corrections were indicated by the authors.
